Clarke Concepts would like to help guide you through any projects you may have, but you may not be sure what to ask or where to start.

• How Long does a design or visual take? 

 

This can vary from project to project and will depend on the complexity of the brief, the scale of the project, the concept of the design and whether it's from scratch or an idea you already have in mind. 

 

• What information do we need to supply?

 

This again can vary depending on the project you require. Below are just a few of the most important ones. 

 

  • Your requirements, brief & budget.

  • Link to website, logos and artwork I can use for the initial concept. 

  • Floor space (Exhibition) i.e. 6m x 4m. 

  • Exhibition Manual.

  • Any designs from previous exhibitions

  • Any ideas you may already have, mood boards etc.

  • Branding guidelines and Pantone 

         references.

• What formats do I Supply?

 

Usually, I supply any model renderings as a Hi-Resolution JPEG or PDF ready to bundle into your presentations. Plans will be supplied as PDF

 

• What can I expect to receive from you?

 

Interior & Exhibition designs, I will supply you with up to 3-4 views of your design and also include a basic birdseye view. These can be supplied A3 size, or I can size to your requirements. 

 

I will supply as many Hi-resolution images required for your 3d Visualisation project. 

 

 

 

 

Design Process

Clarke Concepts offers a comprehensive design service working closely with you from the initial meeting to determine the project brief. 

 

The consultation will allow me to listen to your ideas, style preferences and requirements. This is done by gathering as much information as possible in order to produce an innovative and suitable design concept. This can be for either Interior or Exhibition Design. 

 

Once I have all the information I will pencil sketch a few basic layouts onto paper. Once I am happy with the layout using the latest 3d CAD software I will then model up the concept on my Apple Mac computer.

 

Once the model is complete I will then render the model, this process makes the model look more realistic with working lights, reflections, shadows etc.

 

Once each scene has been rendered, I will then import each scene into Adobe Photoshop. I will then manipulate the images ready to be imported into Adobe Illustrator for the final process which helps me create Presentation boards ready for the client.

 

Once the client has finalised the design I then enter the final stage which is to then draw 2d plans and elevations of the design. These are then ready for any contractors to carry out the work. These can include any graphics sizes so that the client can then get artwork created ready for Print.

Clarke Concepts offer a very competitive rate. I am happy to give you a costing for your project before any work is carried out. Once costings have been agreed then I will start your project.
